Yes, and every estimate includes a copy of our current insurance policy.
3.Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If ever the results of our work are less than satisfactory, we'll make it right or waive the charges.
4.Do you have references?
Yes. Our clients have posted public feedback about their experience on various platforms such as Google, Facebook, HomeAdvisor, etc.
5.What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer old-fashioned paper but also take personal checks and plastic as well, either on-site or online.
6.Are gift cards available?
We are working on adding gift cards in the near future. Please check back with us often.
7.Do you offer window cleaning?
No. We suggest you call Brite Window Cleaning at (417) 434-1020.
8.How often should I clean my gutters?
We recommend having your gutters cleaned out every (6) months, at minimum.
9.Do you use bleach?
Yes. However, all nearby landscaping will be thoroughly rinsed before, during, and after any application of sodium hypochlorite to protect against damage.
10.How do you clean gutters?
Whenever possible, we'll utilize an industrial-strength vaccuum (called a SkyVac) that allows us to work safely from the ground. We can also manually pick the debris or blow it out with high-pressure water and a special nozzle.
11.Are you on social media?
Yes. We have a Facebook page that is updated regularly with before-and-after photographs, client reviews, and company updates, etc.
