SOFT-WASH, HOUSE CLEANING EXPERTS

When considering hiring an individual or company to clean your house, the first order of business should always be to verify they have proper insurance in place. We include a copy of our General Liability Insurance with every estimate.

Depending on the height and condition of your house, you’ll want to ensure the individual or company has the right equipment. Our van and trailer combination includes high-end, professional gear for both soft-washing and pressure washing.

Finally, ask for references. We encourage all potential clients to review our client feedback and gallery photographs.

Upon interviewing an individual or company, ask about their methods and techniques.

We use a process called soft-washing, which includes applying a light, chemical solution onto the home. After a few minutes, we’ll give the house a moderate rinse to wash away both the chemical and organic matter.

As a side-note, all plants and shrubs will receive a thorough rinse before, during, and after our wash to protect it from overspray. We are very cognizant of our surroundings and have yet to damage any landscaping.

You’ll likely find an individual with a pressure-washer and a pick-up truck to give you the lowest-estimate. If price is the only concern, then by all means hire that person. Just remember they’re likely uninsured; they probably won’t show up; their vehicle may leak oil in the driveway; they won’t be properly trained; so-on and so-forth.

We’ve invested tens-of-thousands of dollars into professional equipment and have a legitimate business to maintain – and we’re almost certainly not going to be the lowest-priced company in town. But our pricing is transparent and should be reasonably competitive. Our goal is to make a living, not a killing – and be here year after year to service your property.
